Fees for Services

Mental health services are an investment in you.

  • Registered AMFT/ASW/APCC:

    • $160-180 per 50-minute session

    • Aetna and Optum/UnitedHealthcare slots available

    Licensed MFT:

    • $200-220 per 50-minute session

    Licensed Psychologist:

    • $275 per 50-minute session

  • Registered AMFT/ASW/APCC:

    • $175-200 per 50-minute session

    • Aetna and Optum/UnitedHealthcare slots may be available

    Licensed MFT:

    • $200-250 per 50-minute session

    Licensed Psychologist:

    • $300 per 50-minute session

  • $250 per 50-minute session.

    Typically, assessments are completed in 3 sessions; however, timing may vary. Federal law requires ongoing care by a qualified psychologist for the length of the leave.

  • We believe that access to gender affirming care should be available to all. Please contact us for more information.

  • Casa Alma Mental Health reserves some reduced fee slots for patients who are unable to pay full fee due to financial need. Priority is given to BIPOC and LGBTQIAA+ community members. Our associate level mental health clinicians are often able to offer services at a reduced rate. Please contact us for more information.

Insurance

We are an in-network provider with Aetna and Optum/UnitedHealthcare. Due to the high demand for services, each Casa Alma therapist has a limited number of slots available for insurance clients. If you’re interested in using your Aetna or Optum/UnitedHealthcare insurance benefits for therapy, we encourage you to contact us soon to schedule an appointment and secure one of these limited spots.

For other “out-of-network” insurers, Casa Alma Mental Health provides receipts that patients can submit to their insurance providers to request reimbursement for services.

Patients may also be able to use Flexible Spending Accounts or Health Saving accounts to pay for services.

We provide services to victims of crime that are billable or reimbursable through the California Victim Compensation Board (CalVCB).
