Therapist for Individuals, Teens, Couples & Families
Compassionate Online Therapy Across California

Hello, I’m Sasha.

I am an Associate Clinical Social Worker providing licensed teletherapy services throughout California. I support individuals, teens, couples, and families navigating life changes and challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. I believe therapy is a collaborative process of exploration and healing, and that meaningful connection is essential to effective care. Everyone deserves a safe, containing space to work through what may be weighing heavy on their hearts and minds.

My goal is to offer a culturally affirming, trauma-informed, and anti-racist space where you can bring your full, authentic self. I value co-creating therapy with you, honoring that you are the expert of your experience, needs, and goals. Whether you seek support for stress management, healing from past trauma, or improving family dynamics, I am here to walk alongside you.

My warm, relational style, combined with a touch of humor, helps build a strong therapeutic alliance. As a social worker, I am committed to recognizing systemic and environmental factors that impact mental health and well-being, and I engage in ongoing learning to provide culturally affirming, inclusive mental health counseling.

I look forward to the opportunity to support your healing journey through accessible and empathetic online counseling tailored to your unique needs.
